How Guestmeter & HotelRunner Integrations Work

Step 1: Contact with HotelRunner integration team "integrations@hotelrunner.com" email address and ask your Api Token and HR ID

Step 2: Send an email to Guestmeter Support Team "support@guestmeter.com" email address with your HotelRunner Api Token and HR ID.

Step 3: Guestmeter Support Team will connect your HotelRunner account and inform you, then you will start to send automatic guest satisfaction surveys via Guestmeter when a guest checked-out on HotelRunner.
